Zielinski's icons are not only real expression of religious scenes but also prezentation of one of a kind climate and secrecy of these paintings. You can feel its fascination and warmth as well as a spell it casts on you. From the religious meaning the author took all of the human emotions sometimes missing on the medieval artists paintings. During long years of painting icons he was able to establish his own style. Only the wood plank preparation requires benedictine like patience. Multiple layers of paint put one on top of each other in a pre-set succession, gold leafes, and good feel for essence create an unbeliveable climate of these works.
Original works of Tadeusz Zielinski were exhibited in many cities of Poland as well as in Danmark and Holland. They achieved success everywhere. Therefore it is a good idea to visit the last day of exhibition on the Pommeranian Princes Castle.
